Jumbo moves to connect directly with clients in Canada
As the world is changing, so too is the shipping industry. Major trends such as globalisation have reshaped the industry and continue to present challenges and opportunities for us every day. We see that in the Canadian market, our clients are increasingly requesting direct contact with Jumbo. We have observed that this way of conducting business can optimise operations and increase efficiency, but more importantly, by engaging directly with our clients we can stay relevant, keep connected and be on top of the changing demands.
New way forward
Based on this need to be closer to the market and to our clients in Canada, Jumbo has decided to discontinue our exclusive agency agreement with PTT.

All enquires for the Canadian and USA great lakes areas should now come via Rene Nijhuis at our head office in the Netherlands. Rene has been working with Jumbo for more than 13 years and already manages and oversees the markets of North and South America.
