To support our IT department we are looking for a Senior Application Manager to act as the linking pin between business process owners and suppliers of IT systems.
MAIN
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the proper functioning of the application landscape;
- Responsible to translate business demands into ICT requirements and ICT systems;
- To incorporate Jumbo safety policy in all daily tasks;
General Tasks
- Organizes and leads the main user community to ensure proper support to the end-users;
- Manages external parties;
- Acts as Project Manager for specific projects;
- Acts as Product Owner for inhouse software development;
- Makes sure application documentation remains up to date;
- Liaises with the ICT Fleet Engineers for ICT systems on board of the vessels;
- Liaises with the ICT Helpdesk to ensure end-user support;
- Liaises with business process owners;
- Identifies opportunities to improve the overall IT application landscape.
WE
REQUIRE
- Bachelor degree ICT, Business Administration or equivalent relevant degree;
- ICT Project Management training and certificates.
YOUR
COMPETENCIES
- Good functional knowledge of ICT systems;
- Good knowledge of the English language both written and spoken;
- Experience in leading ICT projects;
- Excellent communication and social skills.
