When Tweendecks make the difference
Captured by the Flying Focus Aerial Photography team, our HLV Fairpartner sails to Esbjerg, Denmark after successfully loading windmill pile sections in Penglai, China for Siemens Gamesa.
Fun fact! Notice the overhanging decks or fly decks as we call them. By extending the deck space using tweendecks, we created additional width, allowing us to load one extra full set of windmill pile sections.
This operation was the result of close collaboration between Siemens, the JSI site team, and local stevedores carefully planned, executed, and safely delivered.
