The Marketing & Communications Coordinator supports the effective implementation of the company’s marketing and communications strategy. Acting as a key link between internal teams and external partners, the role ensures efficient coordination and timely delivery of marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness and support business objectives. The Coordinator is responsible for the hands-on execution of external and internal communication activities, social media management, event coordination, and the development of (digital) marketing materials. In doing so, the role contributes to a consistent brand identity, enhanced internal and external visibility, and the successful execution of the annual Marketing Communications Plan.
MAIN
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and communication activities, both online and offline;
- Produce and coordinate the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, newsletters, presentations, photos and videos, and social media content;
- Maintain and manage the company’s online channels (including the website, media management systems, and social media platforms);
- Ensure consistency and quality across all marketing and visual assets in line with brand guidelines;
- Develop and publish content for internal and external channels, including the intranet and social media;
- Support social media management and campaigns, including coordination with external agencies where required;
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events, exhibitions, and other marketing initiatives;
- Coordinate logistics, materials, and supplier communication to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities;
- Provide communication support to various departments and contribute to the implementation of the annual Marketing Communications Plan;
- Participate in team meetings, collaborate with colleagues across business lines, and support day-to-day marketing operations;
- Perform administrative and organizational tasks, and maintaining marketing documentation and planning.
WE
REQUIRE
- A bachelor’s degree (HBO) in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field;
- Up to 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, or a similar role;
- Strong writing and editing skills in English and Dutch;
- Hands-on experience with social media management, event coordination, and creating marketing materials;
- Familiarity with content management systems and digital marketing tools;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, or Canva);
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail and a proactive mindset;
- A collaborative team player with a creative, service-oriented, and flexible attitude.
